Windswept Winery's VALENTINES Six Course Feast

The 2010 Menu is themed on Aphrodisiac Foods!   (Sorry, Dana, no guarantees on the effectiveness...)

Appetizer
"It's a DATE", paired with chevre, that is, wrapped in bacon and then pan seared.

Pairing with Mango and Jalapeno salsa, gives it a lovely zing.

Salad
Arugula and Field greens, Almonds, Mandarin Oranges, topped with parmesan, asiago, and romano cheeses, and finished with a honey mustard dressing. 

A dusky mushroom and cheese tart finishes this course to perfection. 

Soup
Corn Chowder with coarse cheddar and bacon toppings provide a rich and tasty soup.  

A trio of butter infusions will dance across baguettes to delight your senses.

Main Course
Rosemary and Thyme Herbed Tenderloin of Beef dressed elegantly with a Cognac Sauce. 
Bundles of Green Beans drenched in garlic infused butter
Pasta Putanesca, will be our starch, with a fun twist.

Dessert
Chocolate decadence
Naughty Raspberries, chocolate as you may never have seen it...and more chocolate...Need we say any more? 

Cheese Course

All courses are served with expertly paired Windswept Winery Wines. The freeze in Florida may require some menu changes based on availability. Windswept Winery events use nuts, seafood, cheese, garlic, butter. Please avoid this event if you have food allergies.
